Review of the campsite

We managed to get a pitch with some shade which was beneficial given the temperatures. The pools, facilities and especially the shop fantastic as always. There seemed to be an improvement in the bar / restaurant area from the last few years ( we have been visiting since 2001). We enjoyed pizza on a couple of nights as well as drinks at other times. The staff in the bar were really friendly

Our initial feeling was not good. We spoke to a young girl who was obviously new. She gave us a pitch but there was a tree nearly in the middle so our 6 metre camper wouldn’t fit. We asked about the next pitch but it was booked. Spoke to an older lady who circled 3 pitches and we picked one. We hadn’t realised that the ACSI card was taken so the lady said go back with our card. My husband went and was met with a shrug of the shoulders. We decided to stay another 3 nights. Saw Johan at reception who we recognised and he dealt with things in 5 mins, no problem. More training for new people!

Un cadre parfait, un accueil irréprochable. Le séjour s'est déroulé à merveille au milieu de touristes respectueux. Le personnel du site rencontré a toujours été très poli et avenant. Ne changez rien poursuivez ainsi.

allez pour la forme un détail : les distributeurs de savon des laves mains des toilettes n'étaient pas toujours recomplétés (sanitaire cerisier). Il y en avait toujours à minima un de rempli donc petit point négatif. Le prix des boules de glace au bar quelque peu élevé pour juste deux boules dans un gobelet, ou alors complétez avec un petit toping.

La grande forêt, la séparation entre l'espace des habitations/emplacements et l'espace des animations, la grande piscine et son environnement, les équipements sportifs avec prêt de matériels, les sanitaires en plein air, le restaurant, l'épicerie

Site magnifique, arboré, calme. Piscine incroyable. Resto vraiment sympa. À proximité du village de Bédouin où on peut aller à pied et au pied du mont ventoux.
