General sales conditions
The prices listed are in Euro, and include the VAT (based on 10%) but neither the visitor’s tax, nor the Ecotax.
Your option is valid for 8 days during which time you must send us your deposit. Without confirmation in the 8 days following your call, this option will be cancelled. You will receive no reminder.
Camping pitch and Accommodation : the balance must be paid 1 month, at the latest, before the first day of rental. A lack of payment of the balance within this delay will result in the cancellation of your booking.
TERMS Of PAYMENT
For bookings made at least 30 days before arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total amount for your stay and non-refundable booking fees must be paid. The price of the booking fees is between €10 and €30. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. For reservations made when the arrival date is in less than 30 days, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Any subsequent changes in the VAT rate, which occurred between the time when prices were determined and the billing of the stay will result in a corresponding change in the price including VAT. The cancellation guarantee is optional and payable at the same time as the down payment. The price of the cancellation guarantee depends on the booked campsite or residence.
If you purchase this insurance, you will be guaranteed: a refund for the amount paid, except for the booking fees and cancellation insurance. Refunded pro rata to the elapsed time of expected rental, except booking fees, cancellation insurance and cleaning expenses, if you must leave the rented accommodation before the planned date. The insurance only pays out in one of the following cases:
- Death of the insured. A disease that affects the insured and that was not known at the time of signing the rental agreement or an accident which occurs after the signing.
- Death, disease or accident which affects, under the same conditions, the partner of the insured, the fellow travelers designated by the insured, his ascendants and descendants or the ascendants and descendants of his partner.
- Death of siblings or son or daughter in law of the insured.
- An administrative summon, judiciary, military as well as a criminal jury trial.
- An impediment due to layoff, a transfer of the insured or his partner, or by bankruptcy of the company that is operated by the insured.
In the event of illness or accident the guarantee only pays out upon presentation of a medical certificate (dated less than one month before the arrival date).
The campsite must be notified IN WRITING for every cancellation. In order to use the cancellation insurance please inform the site about the motive of cancellation at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. From the day of cancellation, you have ten days to send us proof (medical certificate, death certificate, employer’s certificate) by registered letter.
Cancellation guarantee : 3% of the total amount of the stay (Minimum 9€ for a stay of 1 to 6 nights - Minimum 22€ for stays of 7 nights and more)
If you do not purchase this insurance : By canceling the stay prior to arrival, an interruption of the stay, or a late arrival for whatever reason, sickness, accident or unexpected event, the campsite must charge the total amount of the reservation and no refund will be granted.
In the event of full or partial closure of the establishment (due to a measure leading to a complete or partial ban on the reception of the public, insofar as the customer belongs to this category of public) decided by the authorities, and which are not attributable to the service provider, payments made by the customer will be refunded or converted into a voucher. If you or one of the fellow travelers have COVID-19 on the dates of your holiday, you will receive a refund upon presentation of a medical certificate
The Domaine de Bélézy declines any responsibility for damages incurred on camping equipment, caused by its owner. Your own personal third party liability insurance, covering your equipment, is obligatory.
From 11/06 tot 28/8, you may check in and have access to the grounds NO EARLIER THAN 12 O’CLOCK. You will have access to your accommodation or camping pitch after 4:30 pm. Accommodation and camping arrival 4:30 pm departure 10:00 am any day of the week, except :
* from 11/06 to 5/09 : for all accommodation, arrival Saturday 4:30 pm and departure Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
• From 30/04 to 13/5 and from 11/9 tot 9/10 : all accommodations can be rented for minimum 2 nights
• From 13/05 to 11/6 and from 5/9 tot 11/9 all accommodations can be rented for minimum 5 nights, except the Maisonnette (2 nights min.)
• Maisonnette : from 9/7 to 21/7 rental by week (7 nights) OR 10 NIGHTS according to the planning established for each unit. The rest of the year as written as above.
A deposit of 150 € per accommodation is required upon your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure, during office hours, after an inspection of the premises. Any damage or missing articles will be added to your invoice as well as the cost of cleaning if you do not leave your accommodation perfectly clean. If you cannot be present for the inspection (departure outside of office hours) the deposit will be returned by post.
For any departure from a camping pitch or return of the keys of an accommodation after 10 am, you will be billed for an additional night. Any extension of your stay must be requested 24 hours before the original departure date.
Animals are not allowed on the Domain.
NATURIST CONDUCT ANS BEHAViOUR
Bélézy being a naturist establishment ratified on certain criteria by the Fédération Française de Naturisme, 26 Rue Paul Belmondo, 75012 Paris, dossier number 59, dated January 9, 1969 ; the direction reserves the right to refuse entrance or to evict any person whose conduct is not in accordance with naturist criteria. We ask those who have piercings in intimate places to take them off during their stay at Bélézy out of respect for others and above all, the children.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
You must abide by the rules and regulations which are posted at the reception (copies available upon request).
1/ Registration with the CNIL (French data protection authority)
As provided for in article 16 of French data protection Act 78-17, the website www.belezy.com is registered with the data protection authority for the processing of personal data. Site registration is currently pending.
2/ Collection of personal data
Personal data refers to any and all information making it possible to identify you directly (surname, first name) or indirectly (e-mail).
This website collects personal data through the pre-booking form, subscription to electronic newsletters, sending of questions to the site and the contact page.
3/ disclosure of data
This website undertakes not to disclose the information concerning you to third parties, in any form, without your clear and explicit approval. The only exceptions to this rule are in-house surveys with our service providers and compulsory measures taken by judicial authorities or stipulated by legal provisions.
4/ Right of access, modification or deletion
In compliance with French data protection Act 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access to the information concerning you and may have such information modified. Should you wish to have data concerning you modified or deleted, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
AFTER SALES SERVICES
We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events, cases of force majeure or climate catastrophes that would interrupt, stop or prevent the stay and the entertainment on the campsite (except Covid - see above). All complaints about the inventory, the state or the contents of the rented chalet or mobile home must be made within 24 hours ON SITE. When this deadline has expired, any complaints will not be considered and you will be held responsible on departure for any damages or missing parts. All other comments or complaints regarding your stay must be received within 10 days after the last day of your stay by registered letter at our headquarters. Our customer service will deal with your complaint within three months of receipt.
