I would have enjoyed the swimming pool except children were not supervised and constantly divebombed and splashed adults to keep them out of the smaller pool. Their parents were at the other pool.

Supervision of pools, paint the area around the tunnel to make it more welcoming. Have an alternative plan you can print for people leaving on market day. We left a day early as staff were unsure and could not explain the alternative route.

Site gorgeous as always. Staff all changed and not welcoming or as friendly- they seem more impersonal and do not care about the Domaine or customers as they used to, it is very obvious it is no longer a family run business, it now seems more about the money! Even at this time of year, a number of long stay visitors who leave towels etc on beds at poolside all day, hogging the best places, worse still, the management do nothing about it or don’t care? Toilet cleaning not as good, more facilities needed. Bought two ice creams in the restaurant £18 - poorly presented rip off.

Staff attitude needs to improve. Cleaning needs to be more regular (and not at busy times, 8am when everyone is using them is not a good idea! This is an expensive site, the pool is superb but the overall experience does not justify the price.

Wunderschöne weitläufige Anlage sehr stimmig in die Natur eingebettet..Große Poolanlage mit vielen Liegen Outdoor Fitnessgeräte/ Spielplatz/ Nutztier- Zoo. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Solarstrom/ Abfalltrennung Einziges Minus: Wie meist in Frankreich wird fast nur französisch gesprochen

Der Pool hat eine super Größe Lebensmittelgeschäft vorhanden.

Die Sanitäranlagen, insbesondere im Bereich LUV 21 -25 sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Der Geruch ist grenzwertig.

Zwembad was op zich prima, maar ook daar is onderhoud rondom het zwembad hoogst noodzakelijk. De toilet aldaar wil je echt niet gebruiken. En bv het voetenbad waar je doorheen ‘moet’, te ranzig voor woorden.

Zie hierboven, bijna alles. Weinig geïnvesteerd, duur, er wordt veel geld ‘verdiend’ maar weinig uitgegeven!

Sehr freundlich ist der Herr an der Rezeption, welcher Deutsch spricht. Saubere Sanitäranlagen. Wunderbar warmes Wasser der Pools. Nette Bedienung im Restaurant (junger Herr mit dunklen Haaren) ist zu betonen. Campingplatz gute Lage für Unternehmungen (es könnten Infos für solche vor Ort ausgelegt oder beraten werden)

Unbedingt ein Sonnensegel beim Kinder/Babypool. Es gibt am Wasser selbst keinerlei Beschattung für ganz Kleine. Ausserdem wäre prima, wenn bei den Waschbecken in der Sanitäranlage auch der Wasserdruck stimmen würde. Dieser ist so hoch, dass man diese nicht nutzen kann im Innenbereich. Dort fehlen auch Seifenspender meiner Meinung nach. Die gibt es nur am WC und bei den Waschbecken draußen. Die Anfahrt ist durch 2 große (und nicht durch Straßenschilder oder Bodenmarkierungen!) Unebenheiten (Hügel) eine Gefahr für Caravans.

C'est notre 3eme séjour au BELEZY et dans l’ensemble nous apprecions ce lieu. Les emplacement premium sont agréables pour les camping-car.

Les sanitaire à proximité auraient bien besoin d’être rénovés. Nous avons été surpris de ne pas pouvoir bénéficier de notre cart Acsi sous prétexte que la réservation avait été faite au préalable via internet et qu’aucun moyen n’était possible de nous créditer le montant dû! Le réservation a été faite 2 jours avant notre séjour et l’explication du préposé à l’accueil était très.... floue. Très déçu de la considération pour les clients fidèles.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à presque tous points de vue.

Les seuls points d'ombre ont été : - l'eau de la piscine est vraiment trop fraîche - l'eau pour relaver notre vaisselle n'est vraiment pas assez chaude. Quand on est dans un camping, nous faisons souvent des grillades et relaver avec de l'eau tiède n'est vraiment pas le top.

L'ambiance et la beauté du site (authentisme à préserver absolument !)

Eventuellement des emplacements un peu plus grands pour les campeurs en camping car... L'ouverture de la piscine à 08h30 !
