Lavender routes

From Sault in Provence to the high Vaucluse plateaus, passing through the Mont Ventoux and the Nesque Gorges, the lavender routes reveal all the secrets of a culture that has shaped the identity and landscapes of Provencefor over a century.

A palette of unique colours, from the ochre cliffs of Roussillon to the mosaics carefully composed of cereals, lavenders, hybrid lavenders and other aromatic plants can be contemplated from the Sault gazebo.

Every year for the 15 August, lavender lovers gather for the Lavender Festival in Sault, centredaround local producers.
