Local produce and gastronomy in Provence

For centuries, the men and women of Provence have been producing Provencal cuisine that is amongst the tastiest and most highly coloured, thanks to the local produce whose quality is well-known beyond the borders of the region.
Olive oil, wines, fruit and vegetables, herbs, cheeses and crystallised fruits; these are the basic ingredients of our gourmet cuisine.
Aïoli, tapenade, anchovy paste, beef stew, bouillabaisse, pissaladière, bourride, sea bass with fennel, pan bagnat, pistou soup. These are just some of the most famous recipes.
Bon appétit!
