Pays de Sault
At the foot of Mont Ventoux, between the Nesque Gorges and the Toulourenc Valley, the Pays de Sault is a paradise of Provencal nature and culture: hiking, lavender routes, Provencal villages... Among the villages to visit is Monieux and its lamb and ram fair at the end of August as well as its mushroom market in September.
